Supporting our students today in order to lead and connect in the local church. through intentionally inclusive faith formation and fun.

After a year of work, our conference students and youth workers determined the above sentence would embody our work in 2024-2025. Please take a look at how we are meeting these needs below.

Our first priority is to ensure we are meeting the basic needs of our students and supporting youth workers and churches as they deal with mental health issues. To enable youth connection, our Conference Council on Youth Ministries (CCYM) with District Council on Youth Ministries (DCYM) work to create events and speak with Glenlake to ensure Winter Camp and Summer Camp are everything youth desire. In addition, we recognize students need spaces to learn how to be leaders to bring back and lead within their youth groups. With multiple youth directors working on this large project, our conference is offering Leadership Camp: High School 2024 - Troy, (rising 10/11/12 grade) July 18-20 and Leadership Camp: Middle School 2024 - Woodway, (rising 7/8/9 grade) July 27. Each church is eligible to submit two students per camp to learn about

Our conference partnered with U.M. Army in 2024 for a collective/combined mission trip June 9-14. Registration is now closed, but we are already making plans for 2025.
