CTC Service Center Closed - Staff Working Remotely

As we continue to do our part to control the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with Bishop Lowry and the Cabinet's guidelines, the Central Texas Conference Service Center will remain closed for the foreseeable future. The CTCSC team, as well as the East and North District staff will be working from home during this time and all essential operations are still ongoing. Meetings will be held online whenever possible - please watch your email for links and instructions if you are scheduled to be a part of a conference-wide meeting such as Core Team or CF&A - and procedures are in place that are inline with the orders regarding receiving mail and performing fiscal duties (accounts payable/receivable, etc.). The main CTCSC phone line (817-877-5222) will be monitored from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please leave a message and that call will be sent to the appropriate party as quickly as possible. The staff may also be easily and readily reached via email - addresses are available at ctcumc.org/conferencestaff.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time as we all learn to work, serve and live out our mission/Wildly Important Goal of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world in new ways and do our part to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus COVID-19.
