As was our process in 2021, the Central Texas Conference is employing an personalized portal delivery system in which the forms each church needs are sent directly to that church via an email link. Please refer to the email sent out on ????? and access your forms via the link in that email. (emails were sent to the church email address we have on file in the conference database).
