UMCOR Fire Clean Up - A NEW CTC Video Narrative

When wildfires ripped through the western part of Texas earlier this spring – including several counties in the Central Texas Conference – tens of thousands of acres and more than 100 homes were destroyed. As soon as the area was considered safe enough, Central Texas UMC ERT teams were sent into the area to help with the cleanup and recovery. One of those homes devastated by the fire belonged to Randy and Terry near Bluffdale. Here’s a bit of their story and how ERT Teams from churches such as White's Chapel UMC and First United Methodist Church - Fort Worth, Texas worked to help in any way they could.
