July 18, 2023

Summer Vacation is over and it is Back to School for POD Strangely Warmed - the Central Texas Conference podcast where we discuss all things United Methodist as well as highlight some of the exciting ministries underway in and around the CTC. .Please visit our POD Strangely Warmed page at ctcumc.org/psw to catch up on the episodes you may have missed in the first half of the year.
POD Strangely Warmed is available wherever you like to listen to podcasts, so don't forget to subscribe so that you don't miss an episode.
After taking a brief production hiatus following the 2023 Central Texas Annual Conference, POD Strangely Warmed is back with weekly episodes in which we engage in frank, direct and (as often as possible) entertaining conversations about what’s going on in and around the United Methodist Connection. In our latest episode - Episode 17 - we launch into a series in which we head to campus and spend some time with our college-aged ministries. And we begin with a discussion as to how college-aged volunteers are making a difference in our communities via Project Transformation.

While most of us are simply trying to escape and survive the heat this summer, our PT friends, represented by Lynne Rhodes and Rosslyn Carroll from Project Transformation, are doing more than just helping youth learn to read, they are partnering with churches to help serve in our communities. To learn more you can visit projecttransformation.org/central-texas/
