2023 Morris Delaney Walker Winner - Fannette Welton

The Morris DeLaney Walker Award was established in 1973 to recognize laypersons who exemplify the distinguished and exemplary service demonstrated by the award's namesake. The 2023 Walker Award was presented to Fannette Welton. As has been the custom in recent years, the award was initially presented to Fannette during services at her home church, which in this case is First United Methodist Church of Hurst.
